Online screening
Audition videos are reviewed and 60–80 contestants are shortlisted for physical auditions.
Physical auditions
Music, Dance, Acting and Comedy audition days, callbacks and final deliberation.
24 finalists
Six contestants per category are confirmed, onboarded and profiled.
Live Stage 1
24 contestants begin the live competition; proposed outcome: 24 → 20.
Live Stage 2
Second live performance stage; proposed outcome: 20 → 16.
Quarter-final
Sixteen contestants become twelve, with three remaining in each category.
Semi-final
Twelve contestants become eight grand finalists, two from each category.
Grand finale
Eight finalists compete, producing four category winners and one overall winner.
